  1. Commercial Terms
    1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  2. Standard MOQ: one (1) 20-foot container.
  3. Less-than-container (LCL) orders may be considered on request.
    1. Product Samples
  4. Samples are free; shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  5. Samples represent general quality. Minor variations in color, finish, weight, or dimensions in bulk production are normal and not considered defects.
    1. Pricing and Quotations
  6. Prices are generally FOB Karachi. CNF or CIF pricing may be provided once quantity and destination port are confirmed.
  7. Prices confirmed in a Proforma or Commercial Invoice are final.
  8. Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing.
    1. Payment Terms
  9. Standard: 30–50% advance, balance payable against scanned Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice.
  10. Alternative: 100% Letter of Credit at sight or 100% advance may be agreed in writing.
  11. Payments are independent of post-shipment claims, except for verified manufacturing defects. This ensures clarity and fairness for both parties.

  12. Available Incoterms: FOB, CNF, CIF.
  13. Port of Loading: Generally, Karachi, Pakistan.
  14. Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may vary due to carrier schedules or force majeure events.

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Insurance Documents (CIF only)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (if applicable)
  • Fumigation Certificate (if applicable)
  • Online Store Terms
    • Users must be of legal age or have consent for minors.
    • Products may not be used for unlawful purposes.
    • Compliance with all applicable laws in the buyer’s jurisdiction is required.
  • Inspection and Acceptance
    • Buyers may inspect goods pre-shipment or through an independent inspection agency at their cost.
    • Goods are deemed accepted upon shipment and issuance of shipping documents.
    • Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt, with verifiable evidence. We strive to resolve any legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
  • Force Majeure
    • Zarway Global is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, port congestion, or shipping line delays.
    • Performance timelines will be extended for the duration of such events.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
    • Courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    • Products and services are provided “as is.”
    • Liability is limited to the invoice value of goods supplied.
    • Zarway Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profit or business interruption.
  • Trade Compliance and Sanctions
    • The buyer confirms that goods are not intended for use in violation of any laws, export controls, or international sanctions.
    • The buyer is responsible for compliance with import regulations, duties, and taxes.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All trademarks, brand names, product designs, catalogs, and marketing materials, including “Zarway Global” and “Zarway Home,” remain the exclusive property of Zarway Global.
    • No reproduction or use is permitted without written consent.
  • Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
    • Buyers must provide complete, accurate, and current information for all transactions.
  1. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
    1. Access to third-party tools or links is at the buyer’s own risk.
    1. We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or use of third-party services.
  1. User Comments and Feedback
    1. Feedback, suggestions, or ideas may be used without obligation of confidentiality.
  1. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
    1. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability without liability.
  1. Prohibited Uses
    1. The site and its content may not be used for illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, malware distribution, or other harmful acts.
  1. Indemnification
    1. Buyers agree to indemnify and hold Zarway Global and its affiliates harmless from claims arising from breach of these Terms.
  1. Severability
    1. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
